At Europeandeli, we strive to ensure your gourmet imports arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally limited to damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality concerns.
Return Process

Upon arrival, immediately check your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or missing items from your packing slip.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product or incorrect item received.
- 3.Authorization Review
Our team will review your claim within 24 business hours to determine eligibility for a replacement or a store credit refund.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
